This gallery guide was designed to compare a selection of ritualistic Asian artifacts on display at the Spurlock Museum's Asian exhibit to comptemporary works of art. I chose to highlight important aspects of Asian culture including masks, textiles, puppets, weapons, and vessels. Even though these artifacts are hundreds of years old, they still have relevance in today's culture.
